Monterrey.- The Former Governor of Nuevo León, Jaime Rodríguez Calderónwas present at the XV birthday party for his daughter Valentina, according to a video that he himself shared this Sunday on the Instagram social network.

In the recording, he is seen dancing among the guests and next to his daughter to the rhythm of “El Señor de la noche” by Don Omar.

On Saturday it was reported that Rodríguez Calderón received the benefit of changing the precautionary measure of house arrest for signing on the first Monday of each month, which allowed him to be present at the party.

Gabriel García Pérez, Rodríguez Calderón’s lawyer, reported that the change in the precautionary measure in favor of his client was resolved on Friday by the control judge Herlindo Mendoza Díaz de León, so he will be able to leave the city, as long as he goes to sign on the agreed day.

The change in precautionary measure was in relation to the process that was opened against him for alleged abuse of authority when requisitioning the Ecovía company that provides complementary transport service for the Metro system.

In addition, on October 25, he was acquitted in the process that he was instructed for electoral crimes.

Also, on September 2, Rodríguez Calderón was authorized by a judge to leave his house to supervise his ranches, after the death of his son-in-law Hernán Rodríguez Escalera, who was in charge of these tasks and died when he was swept away by the current of the river.
