The president of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN), Arturo Zaldívar, filed a criminal complaint with the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) against the president of the association Stop Kidnapping, Isabel Miranda de Wallace, to who accuses of fabricating evidence to discredit the Judicial Power of the Federation (PJF), in an attempt to prevent the highest court from analyzing the complaints of the people allegedly involved in the disappearance of his son.
All I can tell you is one thing: if today he is capable of fabricating evidence and denouncing the President of the Court, what would he not have done against defenseless people when he had all the power, protected by (Vicente) Fox, (Felipe) Calderón and (Genaro ) García Luna, what has this woman not donehe pointed.
Last week, Miranda de Wallace denounced Zaldívar before the FGR for the crimes of corruption, influence peddling, threats and improper exercise of functions.
The president of the SCJN maintained that the amparos of those allegedly involved in this case are in the first room, for which he had nothing to do with their attraction and will not participate in its resolution. He asserted that the narrative Miranda de Wallace seeks to promote is false, implausible and untenable from any point of view.
Why is Miranda de Wallace now so worried, so alarmed, so anguished, so desperate that the matter of the alleged kidnapper of her son be seen in the first courtroom? Anyone who has a matter knows that the best guarantee that it will be resolved with impartiality, honesty and depth is that it reaches the Courthe added.
Justified preventive detention
On the other hand, he announced that the plenary session of ministers will shortly rule on the constitutionality of justified preventive detention, which, he reiterated, violates the Constitution and international conventions on human rights.
These issues are of enormous importance. They can change the life story of thousands of people and also change the paradigm on which the prosecution of crimes in Mexico has been based for many decades.held.
He also reported that the Federal Judiciary Council accumulated 180 appeals on the matter, which were concentrated for resolution in the fourteenth criminal amparo district, based in Mexico City.
Upon express question, he accepted that among these trials is the one promoted by Rosario Robles Berlanga, former Secretary of Social Development, and explained that the resolution on the subject
surely it will affect the situation of the accused.
