Reynoso already has a new job and Cruz Azul is past.
After being dismissed from the Cruz Azul club after finishing the Clausura 2022 of the Liga MX last May, Juan Reynoso already has a new job, since since his departure it was rumored that he could reach the bench of the National Team of his country and it was until this Tuesday that his arrival at the Inca painting was made official.
It was the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) who announced the arrival of Juan Reynoso to replace Ricardo Gareca, who could not take the Andean team to the Qatar 2022 World Cup, letting go of the ticket in the playoff against Australia. The new era Reynoso will have new challenges among them the next friendlies, Copa América and future Qualifiers.
Reynoso was selected nationally and will join the select list of players who will now return with the Blanquirroja team, but as a coach. His presentation will be this Wednesday, August 3 at 10:00 a.m. Central Mexico time.
The former captain of the Peruvian National Team wore the jerseys of Alianza Lima, Universitario de Deportes, Sabadel (Spain), Cruz Azul and Necaxa as a footballer. While as a coach a little over a year ago he achieved the most important achievement of his career and the most complicated in recent years, 23 to be exact, because it was the time that Cruz Azul had not lifted a League title, until it came the Peruvian and got it in his first tournament.
