“It’s up to the Prosecutor’s Office to decide”

In a morning press conference and to an express question, the head of the federal Executive assured that he had already filed complaints against some former presidentsbut this was several years ago when he was in the opposition, so he considered that these are already archived.

In the National Palace, the President Lopez Obrador assured that his forte is not revengeWell, if not, I would have already filed complaints against the former presidents Felipe Calderon, Vincent Fox, Ernest Zedillo either Carlos Salinas de Gortari.

“Would you make the call, if the Prosecutor’s Office required it, your presence for former President Peña to return and directly face the accusation?”, he was asked.

“That has to be decided by the Prosecutor’s Office, it is not up to me and It is not my forte the revenge And it’s not just former President Peña, and it’s also former President Calderón, if we hadn’t already filed a complaint against Calderón, against Fox, Zedillo or Salinas.

“Some of them I already filed (complaints) when I was in the opposition, but I think they are already in the files. That is what I can comment on,” she said.
