Preschool music teacher in Ecatepec played the “black viper” to abuse children

Ecatepec, Mex.- The Music teacher from a preschool in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood of Ecatepec, played the “black viper” and told the children kids that they were sick to inject them and presumably sexually abused from them.

He told Bárbara, his four-year-old son who attends the Concha de Villarreal educational center, what the mentor supposedly did to them.
