Prince Andrew’s movement denied in sexual assault case

(CNN) — A federal decide in New York has denied a movement to dismiss a civil lawsuit towards Prince Andrew introduced by Virginia Giuffre, a girl who alleges she was a sufferer of intercourse trafficking with the prince when she was a minor.
